We start with chicks, hatched from parents also raised on another farm right here in Pennsylvania! And while we feed them only non-GMO grain, much of their diet comes from all the goodies they find in our pastures. Chickens naturally love insects and grass, they love to scratch and hunt for whatever delightful treats that only a chicken understands. We raise them slower, and allow them to just be chickens living a good chicken life. The difference for you means flavor! These are NOT the pale birds you find in the supermarket that have been cooped up in a huge building with thousands of other birds. Visit our farm and you'll love what you see.
